WHAT TO BRING
World Interplay takes place during a Tropical North Queensland Winter. Temperatures can range between 19 - 25 degrees C during the day, and 10 - 17 degrees C during the night.

Participants are housed in university accommodation. Each room has a single bed, a desk, a cupboard, bedside table and phone. Participants can expect to share a unit with another one or two delegates. There is one bathroom per unit. Other features of each unit include, a common area with a television and sofa, and a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, and sink.

Some important items to pack include:

Toiletries (for example, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush. towel, etc.)
Sun protection ( for example, hat, sunscreen SPF 15+, sunglasses
Swimming costume (especially for Magnetic Island!), sandals/ flip-flops, towel
Comfortable clothes and walking shoes for outdoor trips
Smart-casual clothes for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and night-time cultural activities (closed in shoes and collared shirt for males, etc.)
Pens/pencils and paper/ laptop
Printed scripts from your Base-Group
Spending money (you can pay for the Magnetic Island trip at the festival)
